Do you ship internationally? 

At this time, VG Wellness only ships to addresses in the United States, including to the Federated State of Micronesia.

How long does it take to receive an order? 

The length of time to receive an order depends on where you live. However, the average time to receive a product order is three business days.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your shipment is put into the mail, you will be emailed a tracking number, as long as you keep a valid email address on file.  You can also log into your account, go to order history, and click on the tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address? 

Yes, of course. Your shipping address can be modified when you place your order. Alternatively, you always have the option to sign in to your account and make changes to your shipping address for future orders.  

Can I cancel or modify my order after I have placed it? 

It depends on the timing. Check the tracking status of your order and see if the package has already shipped. If the package has not yet left our office for shipping, we might be able to intercept the package and make changes. Email us or call the office for help with changes to an order you have already placed.  

If the package has already left our office and you still want to cancel or modify the order, don’t open the package once it arrives at your house. Instead, write “return to sender” directly on the package, put it back into the mail, and let us know by phone or email to expect and process the return.

My order never arrived, or, the package was empty. What should I do?

I received my product but it was damaged, or, not what I expected. What should I do?

How do I purchase VG Wellness products?

Our products are primarily sold through a network of Independent Business Owners (IBOs). They can give you one-on-one advice and help you choose the ideal products for your needs. In addition to purchasing through an IBO, you may also order products directly from our online store 

Do you offer an auto-ship program? 

Yes! Autoship is a monthly replenishment order of your choice of products. It’s a great way for you to receive your product, and you don’t need to worry about placing a monthly order! To manage an auto-ship, log into your back office, change your method of payment, establish an auto-ship date, and select the products you would like to receive. 

I want to cancel my auto-ship, but I don’t know how. What should I do? 

Log into your back office and click on “Cancel Autoship,” or call the office and ask us to cancel it for you. You must be the one to cancel your auto-ship; do not ask your upline to cancel for you, as we only accept the cancellation request directly from you.

I really love your supplements! How do I submit a review of a product or send a testimonial? 

We love customer feedback! You can send product reviews, testimonials, or suggestions to info@vgwellness.com or message us on Facebook or Instagram.
